Website analytics and approximate location
We collect page visits, link clicks, time spent, device type, referring source and an approximate country, province/region and city derived from the visitor’s IP address. The address is used transiently for geolocation and creation of a salted one-way visitor identifier; the full IP address is not displayed or retained in analytics. Approximate location may be supplied by hosting headers or the ipwho.is geolocation service. Analytics are used to understand website use, improve services and maintain security, and are available only to authorised administrators.

4. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Where payment-card details are entered directly into that provider’s payment environment, Taai Bekkies Events does not receive or store the customer’s complete card details. We may retain transaction information such as the amount, transaction reference, payment status and information necessary for accounting or refund purposes.

We may share personal information with service providers where reasonably necessary, including payment processors; ticketing providers; website and hosting providers; email or communications providers; event service providers; professional advisers; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell customers’ personal information.

Customers may choose to receive information about upcoming Taai Bekkies Events activities. Purchasing a ticket does not automatically mean that a customer should be subscribed to marketing communications. Where appropriate, marketing consent should be obtained separately.
